SATTVA Coloring herbal mixture - Henna and Amla 150g
SATTVA Coloring herbal mixture - Henna and Amla 150g
SATTVA Henna amla is an ideal product for herbal hair coloring. It gives light hair an intense red color, with red and orange reflections, in the case of dark hair it gives beautiful mahogany reflections. It perfectly covers gray hair, giving it golden shades.
Amla ( Indian gooseberry ) has a great effect on the condition of hair. It prevents hair loss and split ends, and gives the hair cool shades .
In addition to the color effect, it perfectly nourishes the hair, increasing its volume. Henna penetrates the hair structure, combining with keratin, thus strengthening it and visibly thickening it.
In addition, it acts as a natural scalp peeling, which is a very important element of care - it improves circulation, stimulating hair growth and perfectly cleanses.
The color effect depends largely on the natural hair color, the method of preparing the mixture, additives, as well as the frequency of dyeing - with each subsequent hennating, the color becomes more intense.
Before applying the mixture, we recommend performing an allergy/color test on a small area of skin and a strand of hair.

How to use:
Remember to wear rubber gloves - henna stains not only your hair, but also your skin!
1. Pour water over the powder at the appropriate temperature
- indigo mixtures (black, light and dark brown) - 50 degrees C;
- pure henna (red, red) - approx. 80 degrees C.
2. Mix until you get the consistency of yogurt (if the mixture is too thin, it may drip from the head).
*3. (In the case of pure henna) You can acidify the finished mixture with lemon juice (although it is best to use Acerola for this purpose), which enhances the redness effect;
(in the case of indigo mixtures) You can add a pinch of salt to achieve a darker color effect.
*4. (In the case of pure henna) You can leave the finished mixture in a warm place (e.g. near a radiator) for a few hours - this will allow the dye to develop better and the color effect will be more expressive; DO NOT put aside indigo mixtures .
5. Wash your hair with a strongly cleansing shampoo with SLS or SLeS to remove any silicones, impurities, etc. from the hair.
6. Apply the mixture to damp hair, remembering that the thicker the hair covered with henna, the more thoroughly it will be dyed.
7. We do hair styling, i.e. wrap our head in transparent food foil and put on a hat/towel to keep the henna-coated hair warm (you can dry the whole thing with a hair dryer from time to time).
8. The time of keeping the mixture on the head depends on how intense the color we want to obtain - we recommend rinsing the mixture after 1 - 3 hours.
* - OPTIONAL
Once you have rinsed the mixture from your hair, remember not to wash your hair for 48 hours , as the color will oxidize during this time.
