SAHARA Indigo 100g
SAHARA Indigo 100g
SAHARA Indigo is a great addition to henna - using the right proportions you can obtain various shades of brown and black. However, indigo used alone will give dark hair navy blue, cool reflections.
In addition, it acts as a natural scalp peeling, which is a very important element of care - it improves circulation, stimulating hair growth and perfectly cleanses.
The color effect depends largely on the natural hair color, the method of preparing the mixture, additives, as well as the frequency of dyeing - with each subsequent color, the color becomes more intense.
When dyeing your hair with mixtures containing indigo, you must remember that any lightening treatment may be unsatisfactory and the hair may have greenish tones.
Before applying the mixture, we recommend performing an allergy/color test on a small area of skin and a strand of hair.

How to use:
Before preparing the mixture - remember to wear protective gloves!
1. Mix a certain amount of powder (the amount of powder used depends on the length of the hair) with water at a temperature of approximately 50°C .
2. Wash your hair with a cleansing shampoo with SLeS/SLS (we recommend the so-called cup method - foaming the shampoo with some water in a plastic container).
3. Apply a thick layer of the mixture to the scalp and damp hair. Then we do the hair, i.e. wrap our head in transparent food foil and put on a hat/towel to keep the hair covered with the mixture warm (you can dry the whole thing with a hair dryer from time to time).
4. Leave the mixture on your hair for 2-3 hours, then wash off the indigo with warm water.
Optional: You can add a pinch of salt to the mixture to give your hair darker tones.
Once you have rinsed the mixture from your hair, remember not to wash your hair for 48 hours , as the color will oxidize during this time.
