Our HairWear Scrunchies are hand-sewn from the highest quality satin-weave silk , obtained from mulberry silkworms that feed exclusively on mulberry leaves. The inside of the scrunchie is made of strong rubber without seams or joints, thanks to which it owes its maximum durability and durability. The elastic band is very flexible and stretchy, which makes it hold the tied hair very well.

The quality and thickness of silk is determined using a special measure called MOMME : 1 momme - 4.34 grams per m² of material. Our elastic bands are made of 30 momme silk, which is much thicker than those easily available. This means that they do not lose their properties even during intensive use.
