How to use:

1. Cold linseed gel:
   
   - Pour approximately 300 ml of lukewarm water over a tablespoon of flax seeds
   - Set aside overnight.
   - In the morning the gel is ready! Store in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.

2. Warm linseed gel:

   - Pour approximately 300 ml of lukewarm water over a tablespoon of flax seeds
   - Cook over low heat, stirring until it boils.
   - Remove from heat when it reaches the consistency of jelly.
