BOSPHAERA Poppy seed oil, thanks to its exceptionally high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linolenic acid, will be an ideal choice, especially for high porosity hair. It also contains a very high concentration of regenerating alpha-tocopherol. In its action, it is most similar to linseed oil, known as one of the best oils for hair that needs strong nourishment, but poppy seed oil does not have a yellow color, which makes it an ideal choice for bleached and blonde hair.

How to use:

1. STAGE: OILING
   
   1. Comb your hair.
   *2. Spray with a moisturizing mist.
   *3. Comb your hair again to distribute the mist evenly.
   4. Apply the oil, then comb your hair to distribute it thoroughly.
   5. It is best to keep the oil on your hair for 15 - 60 minutes
   ( optional: all night long )
   
   
2. STAGE: EMULSIZATION OF THE OIL
   
   1. Wash off the oil with warm water.
   2. Drain excess water.
   3. "Wash" your hair with a silicone-free conditioner - this method will remove the oil thoroughly.
   4. Keep the conditioner in for 10 - 20 minutes.
   ( optional: hair-dry - wrap your hair in foil, then put on a hat/towel to keep your hair warm ).

   1. Wash off the emulsified oil with warm water.
   2. Wash your hair and scalp using the cup method (diluted and foamy shampoo) .
   3. Apply any mask or conditioner.
   4. After 10 - 20 minutes. rinse everything with lukewarm water.
