These Regulations define the rules for using the FREE HTC SERUM promotion in the napieknewlosy.pl online store.
1. The organizer of the SERUM HTC FREE promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is Fractal Solutions spółka z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. 2. The promotion is valid only on the basis of these Regulations in the online store, which is available at: www.napieknewlosy.pl
3. The Promotion lasts from June 28, 2024 to June 30, 2024 or until stocks of the Goods covered by this Promotion are exhausted, of which the Customer will be informed in the online store by the inability to purchase the Goods covered by the Promotion.
4. The promotion is valid on the terms described in these Regulations in accordance with generally applicable provisions of Polish law. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.
5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
6. The Promotion is intended for the Customer who, during the Promotion, makes purchases in the Store (in one Order), the total value of which will be at least PLN 60.00.
7. The Promotion consists in adding a Product subject to the Promotion to the Customer's order, which is listed in Annex 1 to these Regulations.
8. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
9. The Participant may take part in the Promotion multiple times during its validity period.
10. The Promotion consists in adding two Products to the Customer's order for purchases worth min. 60 PLN.
11. Cheeses are added by the Store automatically.
12. All returns or complaints regarding defects of the Goods covered by this Promotion will be considered under the general conditions specified in the Store Regulations, which are available at: https://napieknewlosy.pl/policies/terms-of-service
13. In the event of a change to these Regulations, orders are processed on the basis of the Regulations in force on the day of placing the order.

15. All matters not provided for in these Regulations are regulated by the Store Regulations, as well as the provisions of Polish law, and above all the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales, and amendments to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and the Act on data protection. personal data.
