SHAMPOO

When it comes to shampoo, what is most important is its strength.

Do you have a sensitive scalp and are looking for something to wash every day? Browse the category Lag Odne without SLeS/SLS . Such shampoos should also work well for problems with oiliness and dandruff.

If you are looking for something for a problem-free scalp, but a bit stronger, choose a shampoo from the category Medium power: SCS, ALS, SMS .

Stronger: SLeS , the so-called "scratchers", perfect for deep cleansing the hair before henna or removing any superstructure.

Before starting care in accordance with CG , final washing is necessary: final wash . Shampoos suitable for final wash have its own separate category as the CURLY subcategory .

Do you wash with conditioner? No problem! We have a category "masks and conditioners compatible with CG" , in which each conditioner is suitable for washing the scalp, as well as a separate category for products created as cowash .

What about hair soap ? Their ingredients look just like shampoos! It's not real soap, so it won't disturb the pH of your scalp. It differs from shampoo in form, but, like shampoos, it is divided into stronger and milder variants.

CONDITIONER AND MASK

First of all, it's basically the same thing! The mask is usually thicker and the conditioner is pouring, similar to a cosmetic called a "balm".

The most important thing is PEH: whether it is an emollient, protein or humectant mask.

EMOLIENTS : choose emollients as a base, nourishment and protection for your hair. Such masks contain oils, may contain silicones, waxes, lanolin (if you are looking for something emollient without silicones, check conditioners and masks compliant with CG ).

PROTEIN : proteins are the "building blocks" of hair, especially hydrolyzed keratin, silk proteins, milk proteins. Don't use them too often - it may result in over-proteining, usually once a week is the ideal frequency when washing every other day.

Plant proteins they have separate subcategories because they have a more enveloping effect on the hair, protect it and due to their size, there is not such a risk of over-proteinization. Vegetable proteins also increase the volume at the roots of the hair.

HUMECTANTS : these are conditioners and masks moisturizing . They contain aloe, glycerin, honey and other humectants. They usually work great as a base for oil.

Important: watch out for the "moisturizing trap", i.e. using only humectant conditioners and masks due to dry hair. If you are struggling with such a problem, I suggest first applying a humectant conditioner to your hair and then oiling your hair (emollient). If your hair is frizzy with humectants, you can apply them first O in the OMO method, and then apply emollients second O! This is the so-called locks in moisture and prevents frizz.

SERUM FOR ENDS

Another important thing is to protect your hair at the lengths and ends! Silicone serum applied to the ends protects against high temperature, frost and other external factors.

Systematic protection of freshly cut, healthy hair ends can be an extremely effective means of preventing splitting.

Our offer includes silicone and oil sera (without silicones) for people who avoid the above-mentioned "stickers" in their care.

Important: There are various silicones, some of them have the ability to build up, so it is worth cleansing your hair with a stronger shampoo from time to time.

Scalp lotion

A healthy scalp means healthy and beautiful hair, so it is very important to choose the right lotion.

Choose alcohol lotions if your skin is not prone to dryness, dandruff, irritation or excessive oiliness. The alcohol in lotions facilitates the penetration of nutrients into the skin, thus improving their action - unfortunately, it may not be useful for some people due to the above-mentioned problems.
However, we also have an alternative for sensitive heads - alcohol-free lotions . Some of them work great as lotions oils and hydrolates !

OIL

Although it raises many doubts, it brings many benefits! The beneficial properties of oils and the fatty acids they contain make the hair stronger, shiny, smoother and more resistant to damage over time. More importantly, oils help maintain moisture, making the strands soft and visibly smooth.

You will find a wide range here pure oils , mixtures and essential oils .

There are different methods of oiling.

FOR MOISTURIZING FOUNDATION - before applying the oil, apply it to the hair alcohol-free mist or humectant aloe gel or bamboo .

DIY MASK - add a teaspoon of oil to a portion of the emollient mask to enrich it. The most universal and simplest method!

SOLO - we use only oil, without moisturizing foundations. However, there is a risk that if we use the wrong oil, our hair may react with frizz, excessive weight or temporary dryness.

How to choose oil? We encourage you to do it POROSITY TEST , thanks to which you can better understand the needs of your hair!

SCALP PEELING

This is one of the most important elements of hair care.
It allows you to get rid of dead skin, cleanses, refreshes and improves blood circulation in the scalp.

Thanks to peeling, hair growth is accelerated, hair bulbs are strengthened, and excessive hair loss is effectively reduced.

There are many types of peeling products - from mechanical (e.g. clays, ground seeds or herbs) after acidic (e.g. AHA fruit acids).
The optimal frequency of using peels is: every two weeks .
