How to use Primer? Here Comes The Shine it is the first step in hair care, replacing hair oiling, retains all its benefits and adds a spark of life in the form of a mirror shine. Rub a small portion of the product in your hands and spread evenly over the length of the hair from the ear down. Leave it on your hair for 10 to 30 minutes and then wash your hair as usual after oiling.
